How long does it take to build a home?
It depends on the plot size, floors and design complexity â we'll give you a clear timeline during the site visit, agreed upfront alongside the payment schedule.
Do you also make the plan and 3D design?
Yes, as a separate service. We can prepare your building plan and a realistic 3D elevation matched to your plot and budget, but this is chargeable and not included in the construction cost. If you already have a plan, we can build from it.
What materials do you use?
Branded materials only â Nanded bricks, Jindal-brand steel, CPVC (SWR) piping and branded electrical wiring. Nothing unmarked goes into your build.
Is the pricing transparent?
Yes. Final cost, advance and balance amounts are agreed and signed upfront â no hidden charges or surprise billing mid-project.
